Buyer’s Responsibility:                      
The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within the first 72 hours of purchase. The seller must be notified immediately of the examination results by e-mail Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of this guarantee. The puppy is to be provided with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: annual physical examinations and following veterinarian guidelines for vaccinations and dewormings.

This puppy is guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase against fatal and life altering congenital diseases which affect the health of the dog. In the case dog dies the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason of the death. The postmortem must be performed by a veterinarian specializing in pathology and e-mailed to:
This guarantee does not cover dog’s health conditions what are considered as normal for the bulldog breed (see the list below *). This guarantee does not cover any Veterinarian costs associated with spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.
All items covered under this guarantee are by replacement only. Seller does not give any refunds. Seller will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred. Buyer is aware that this means all visits to the veterinarian, and understands that he/she will be fully responsible for all medical expenses. Buyer is aware that puppy might need more vaccinations and agrees to provide them. Buyer understands that though the puppy is vaccinated as necessary up to date, more vaccinations are needed to found immunity to diseases.
Buyer understands that the Bulldog is a brachycephalic breed that requires special veterinarian attention, especially when it comes to any type of the surgery and respiratory problems. Surgery that Buyer’s dog will be undergoing should be done in the presence of a veterinarian specializing in anesthesiology or in brachycephalic breeds.
If dog shows health problem – seller must be notified by e-mail to of such problem within 24 (twenty-four) hours and have two written reports from two different licensed veterinarians from two different clinics stating the same problem. If the dog dies, the buyer will pay to have it autopsied to ascertain the reason. Postmortem must be performed by a veterinarian specializing in pathology.
Returned puppy must be returned to seller in good condition, other than specified problem at the buyer’s expense.
Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties. Buyer understands that the replacement puppy may not be from have exactly same markings and body/head structure. Replacement of the puppy can take up to 6 (six) months from the date of the replaced puppy being returned to the seller.
Certain disorders may be caused by environmental factors. These disorders are not covered by this guarantee.
Any problems which are, or could be, the result of surgery, or occurred during surgery, or during the post-surgery period and/or result of injury and/or an incorrect lifestyle and/or wrong feeding and/or incorrect veterinarian treatment and/or breeding or shipping (in case the dog was shipped to the Buyer) of the dog are not covered by this guarantee.
This guarantee applies to the original buyer and is non-transferable to a third party.
This contract supersedes any and all written and/or oral agreements. This contract is null and void if all terms are not met.
Buyer agrees that he/she understands the English language and this contract fully and agrees with all of the guarantee’s parts.
